1. Scope and Subject Matter of the Contract

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) govern the legal relationship between skypetdagitim.com (hereinafter "Provider") and its customers (hereinafter "User") in connection with the provision of consulting services, information, and digital content regarding sales systems and their role in the economy.

The subject matter of the contract includes support in the analysis, planning, and optimization of sales processes and organizations. No guarantees are given for specific economic results, such as profit increases or market shares.

2. Rights and Obligations of the Contracting Parties

2.1 Obligations of the Provider

The Provider undertakes to perform the agreed services carefully and according to the state of the art. The information provided is based on generally accessible knowledge about sales, systems, and the economy.

• Provision of informational materials and analysis tools.
• Conducting consulting sessions on sales processes.
• Support in the organizational integration of sales systems.

2.2 Obligations of the User

The User is obliged to provide the information necessary for the provision of services truthfully and completely. The User bears sole responsibility for implementing the received recommendations within their organization.

The User undertakes not to reproduce or commercially redistribute the offered content unless this has been agreed in writing.

3. Limitations of Liability

The liability of the Provider is limited, to the extent permitted by law, to intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, the Provider is only liable in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) and only for the typically foreseeable damage.

The Provider assumes no liability for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential damages resulting from the application of the provided information on sales systems. The complexity of economic processes excludes any guarantee of success.

• No liability for decisions made by the User based on our consultation.
• No liability for damages due to incomplete or outdated information from the User.
• No liability for service interruptions due to force majeure.

4. Contract Duration and Termination

The contract duration depends on the respective service package. Term contracts can be terminated in writing by the User at the end of the agreed contract term. Termination for good cause remains reserved for both parties.

In the event of a contractual misuse of the services (e.g., abusive dissemination of content), the Provider is entitled to immediately block the User's access and terminate the contract without notice.

5. Payment Terms and Price Adjustments

All prices are stated in Euros and are exclusive of statutory value-added tax. Payment is due immediately upon receipt of the invoice, unless otherwise agreed.

The Provider reserves the right to adjust its prices with a notice period of four weeks. In this case, the User has a special right of termination.

6. Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes, to the extent permitted by law, is the registered office of the Provider.

The Provider reserves the right to amend these GTC. The amended terms will be communicated to the User via email and are deemed approved if the User does not object within four weeks of receiving the notification. This consequence will be pointed out in the notification.
